Are your products for human use?
All compounds sold by Biohack Labz are strictly intended for laboratory research purposes only. Our products are not approved by Health Canada or the FDA, and are not for human or veterinary use, cosmetic use, or dietary consumption.
What is your Purity Guarantee?
We stand by the quality of our compounds. If your third-party purity test shows a failure, we’ll refund the product and reimburse your testing cost. That’s our Purity Guarantee — no games, just science.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Canada: 2–5 business days via tracked shipping
USA: Delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance (Average 5 days)
We also offer free tracked shipping on all orders over $200 CAD.- Products for preorder have 1 week processing times.

What happens if my order is lost or doesn’t arrive?
If your order is lost in transit or shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us immediately. We will investigate with the carrier and may issue a reshipment or refund, depending on the outcome and tracking status. We strive to ensure every package arrives safely and discreetly.
Can I track my order?
Yes. All orders include tracking numbers, which are emailed to you once your package ships. You can also log in to your My Account page at any time to monitor order status and shipment progress.
Do your peptides need to be reconstituted?
Yes. All peptide products will need to be reconstituted. We sell bacteriostatic water on our website and offer a free vial with any order of five or more products.
Can I request bulk pricing?
Absolutely. We offer discounted pricing for large orders.

Do you offer discreet packaging?
Absolutely. All shipments are sent in plain, unmarked packaging with no logos or branding. We respect your privacy and the sensitive nature of scientific research.
What is your return/refund policy?
Due to the sensitive and research-specific nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged upon arrival, or fails third-party purity testing. If your order arrives compromised, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Purity Guarantee.
Do you provide scientific guidance or usage protocols?
No. As a research-only supplier, we do not offer medical, dosing, or usage advice. All compounds must be handled by qualified professionals who understand the appropriate safety protocols, dilution procedures, and storage requirements.
Do you synthesize custom peptides?
At this time, BiohackLabz does not offer custom peptide synthesis. However, we’re expanding our catalog rapidly. If there’s something specific you’re looking for, reach out — we may be able to assist.
How often do you restock sold-out items?
We restock high-demand peptides weekly. If a product is out of stock, you can contact support to get a restock ETA and place your order.
